TILLMOUTH, River Tweed.
There is a last-minute vacancy on the famous Tillmouth beat of the lower River Tweed, for three rods in the week commencing 29 September. As long as the water isn’t too high this could be a glorious week.
The beat has over 4 miles of fishing, single bank, which is divided into three rotating beats. Much of the fishing is done from the boat and there is a good variety of water. The upstream boundary of the beat lies immediately below Coldstream bridge.
